About Me

Coralie graduated from CSU Chico with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations & Journalism. While in Chico, she was a PR Intern for Butte Environmental Council where she assisted with their social media, campaign support, blogs and creation of graphics. After college, Coralie got an opportunity to work in the events industry and fell in love with creating the best guest experience. In 2023 she moved to San Diego, looking to grow her experience in the world of hospitality where she got a position as Hospitality Assistant at MIHO Events & Catering. After a year with MIHO, she parted ways and took a job with Bay Bird Inc as their Fall Digital/PR Intern. At Bay Bird, she got impactful hands-on public relations experience from being apart of a small agency, working for restaurant, hotel and lifestyle clients around San Diego. She assisted with social media, pitch creation, blog posts, media research and with whatever her team needed. Coralie is now ready to blend her knowledge of events, hospitality, and the food and beverage industry with her public relations background for the next step in her career.

More to know

From a very young age Coralie was surrounded by unique family traditions, food, art and music from having parents who grew up in two different parts of the world. Her mother was born and raised in France, and her father was raised in California. Being exposed to two different cultures growing up had a large influence on Coralie's love for travel, family gatherings, trying new food and on her overall personality. When Coralie's not working she enjoys exploring nature, trying new recipes in the kitchen, reading new books, scanning the beach for hidden treasures and being surrounded by her loved ones.
